Editorial and press use

Photographs by Adel Ferrito may be made available for editorial press coverage and non-commercial use, on written request. Permission is granted case by case, and any published use must carry the credit line Adel Ferrito alongside or adjacent to the image.

Earlier work was published under the name Adel Ferrito Photography. Existing credits and licences in that form remain valid, and both names refer to the same photographer. He holds the copyright under either name.

Commercial licensing

Commercial use, redistribution, derivative works, training of generative AI or machine learning models, and republication on third-party platforms each require a separate written licence agreement. Pricing and terms depend on the intended use, distribution scope, and duration, and are available on request.

Budgets, budget templates, cost reports and related production documents may be prepared by Adel Ferrito in his capacity as a line producer, including in connection with productions serviced through EnerOne Ltd (www.ener-one.com) and MovieOne Productions (www.moviemt-one.com).

Unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing, original text, annotations, presentation, selection and arrangement of information, original template elements and other protectable material created by Adel Ferrito within those documents are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property rights.

Nothing in these terms claims ownership over underlying facts, third-party information, figures, calculations, methods or material owned or created by others.

Permitted production use

A production budget or related document is prepared for the specific production to which it relates.

Subject to any applicable confidentiality obligations, it may be shared as reasonably necessary with persons or organisations directly involved in that production, including producers, financiers, accountants, auditors, insurers, legal advisers, production partners and, where applicable, public authorities, film commissions or other bodies involved in funding, incentives, approvals or regulatory review.

That permission applies only to the production concerned and to legitimate purposes connected with it.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the document, template or protectable elements of it may not be republished, commercially exploited, adapted or reused as the basis of a budget or production document for another project.

Access to or possession of a document does not transfer ownership of any copyright or other intellectual-property rights in it.

Confidentiality and onward disclosure

Production budgets and related documents may contain confidential, commercially sensitive or third-party information supplied for the purposes of a specific production. This may include information received under a non-disclosure agreement or another contractual or professional duty of confidentiality.

Such information remains subject to the confidentiality obligations applying to the production and to the parties who supplied or received it.

Receipt of a document does not, by itself, authorise unrestricted onward distribution, publication or use for another purpose or project.

Where a document is disclosed outside the authorised production context, that disclosure is not authorised by these terms and does not constitute a waiver of any copyright, confidentiality, contractual or other rights that may apply.

Nothing in these terms changes the ownership of confidential information supplied by producers, financiers, production companies, service providers or other third parties.

These terms do not replace, amend or override any non-disclosure agreement, production agreement, services agreement or other project-specific obligation. Where a separate agreement applies, its terms continue to govern.

Budget assumptions

Figures appearing in a preliminary or indicative budget are estimates based on the information reasonably available on the date of preparation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not quotations, fixed-price offers or guarantees.

Rates, availability, exchange rates, statutory costs, taxes, production assumptions and other underlying costs may change.

Where a budget contains an estimate relating to a film incentive, cash rebate, grant or other public support, that estimate is indicative only and remains subject to the applicable rules, eligibility requirements, review and assessment of the relevant authority.

Artificial intelligence, machine learning and text and data mining

No permission is granted to use protected material contained in budgets, templates, cost reports or related production documents for the training, fine-tuning or development of generative AI or machine-learning systems, or for the creation of datasets intended for those purposes.

Scraping, systematic extraction or ingestion of protected material for those purposes is likewise not authorised without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all rights relating to text and data mining and AI or machine-learning training are expressly reserved.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict a use that cannot lawfully be excluded or reserved under applicable law.
